Board of Assessors
The Board of Assessors is committed to maintaining fair and equitable property values. This department is charged with establishing assessments for real estate parcels and personal property accounts. This is accomplished through the work of three part-time board members, an Assistant Assessor, and contracted specialists.

The Board of Assessors is an elected position. During each annual town election, one member is elected to a three-year term.
