Board of Assessors
The Assessors are committed to maintaining an assessment system that can develop fair and equitable values for all classes of property. This department is charged with establishing market based assessments for real estate parcels and personal property accounts. This is accomplished through the work of three part-time board members and an Assistant Assessor.

The Board of Assessors is an elected position. During each annual town election, one member is elected to a three-year term.
