Payment Agreement Plan

Property owners are responsible for all balances owed for water that passes through the meter and it is the responsibility of the property owner to ensure that water bills are paid in full.

For those in need, the Freetown Water & Sewer Commission offers a monthly payment plan to help you bring your account up to date. With this payment plan we are able to take your balance and break it down into smaller monthly payments for the duration of the agreement.

The plan does not included any new charges for service accrued during the duration of the agreement.  All new charges are to be paid in full along with your monthly agreement amount during that specific billing period.

Interest on the past due balance will continue to accrue until the past due balance is paid.

Failure to honour the agreement as outlined will automatically void the agreement and you will then be required to pay the balance in full.
