Town Clerk's Office Mission Statement

The Freetown Town Clerk's Office will:

• Perform the constitutional function of securing the individual rights of the citizens.
• Fulfill the responsibility of providing a public service to the community to preserve a democratic society.
• Render the fundamental duty of being effective and efficient in recording and preserving all records entrusted to this office.
• Exercise authority within the laws of this commonwealth and the Town of Freetown.
• Achieve the primary function of maintaining fair process by being neutral and impartial.
