Public Review & Comment for Freetown's Stormwater Management Plan

Over recent years, the Town of Freetown has entered into a partnership with Environmental Partners to formulate a Stormwater Management Plan. As part of the process, the Town and Environmental Partners are seeking public review and comment on the plan.
