The New Freetown Police Station Project is a go!
At a Special Town Meeting on November 14th, 2018, and at a Special Town Election on Saturday, December 1st, 2018, the residents of Freetown approved the construction of a new home for the Freetown Police Department, to be located at 15 Memorial Drive in East Freetown (across the street from Memorial Park, next to the existing Freetown Police Station).
In addition, the Selectmen's office aims to take regular photos to document the project's progression.
