Lori Desmarais, RN, BSN, the Freetown Public Health Nurse is available on the second Tuesdays of the Month
from 9:30 am -10:30 am at the COA for Blood Pressure and Blood Sugar Monitoring, Wound Assessment, Vitamin B12 injections (as prescribed), Health Education and Promotion, and Home Visitation for Homebound Residents (Assessment/Referral).
