New Two-Way Text Option for Eversource Customers

In addition to eversource.com and their assorted social media channels, Eversource has updated their text messaging service to now allow for two-way texts, meaning you can request status updates and report outages via text message. 

The company posted the following simple instructions on their Facebook page on August 8, 2017, a screencap of which is attached if your browser doesn't display the post correctly.
