Effective January 1, 2012, Precinct III will now vote at the Freetown Elementary School.

The following boundary descriptions of the re-precincting per 2010 Census will become effective December 31, 2011:

Precinct 1
All of that portion of Freetown Town bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the Somerset/Freetown town line and the Fall River/Freetown city/town line, and proceeding northerly along the Somerset/Freetown town line to the Berkley/Freetown town line, and proceeding northerly along the Berkley/Freetown town line to the Plymouth/Bristol county line, and proceeding easterly along the Plymouth/Bristol county line to Mill Brook, and proceeding southerly along Mill Brook to Howland Rd, and proceeding westerly along Howland Rd to Forge Rd, and proceeding northerly along Forge Rd to Richmond Rd, and proceeding westerly along Richmond Rd to Mill St, and proceeding westerly along Mill St to Elm St, and proceeding easterly along Elm St to Penn Central RR, and proceeding southerly along Penn Central RR to the Fall River/Freetown city/town line, and proceeding westerly along the Fall River/Freetown city/town line to the point of beginning.

Precinct 2
All of that portion of Freetown Town bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of Penn Central RR and the Fall River/Freetown city/town line, and proceeding easterly along Penn Central RR to Elm St, and proceeding westerly along Elm St to Mill St, and proceeding northerly along Mill St to Richmond Rd, and proceeding easterly along Richmond Rd to Forge Rd, and proceeding southerly along Forge Rd to Howland Rd, and proceeding easterly along Howland Rd to Mill Brook, and proceeding northerly along Mill Brook to the Plymouth/Bristol county line, and proceeding easterly and southerly along the Plymouth/Bristol county line to Penn Central RR, and proceeding southerly along Penn Central RR to the New Bedford/Freetown city/town line, and proceeding westerly along the New Bedford/Freetown city/town line to the Dartmouth/Freetown town line, and proceeding westerly along the Dartmouth/Freetown town line, and proceeding northerly and westerly along the Fall River/Freetown city/town line to the point of beginning.

Precinct 3
All of that portion of Freetown Town bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the Plymouth/Bristol county line and Penn Central RR, and proceeding easterly along the Plymouth/Bristol county line to the Rochester/Freetown town line, and proceeding southerly along the Rochester/Freetown town line to the Acushnet/Freetown town line, and proceeding westerly along the Acushnet/Freetown town line, and proceeding southerly and westerly along the Acushnet/Freetown town line to the New Bedford/Freetown city/town line and proceeding westerly along the New Bedford/Freetown city/town line to Penn Central RR, and proceeding northerly along Penn Central RR to the point of beginning.
