| Zoning Board of Appeals |
The Zoning Board of Appeals issues Special Permits for regulated uses, considers Variances for proposed exceptions and hears Appeals of the Decision of the Building Inspector. The ZBA process requires an advertized public hearing.
Forms and instructions for filing are available from the Town Clerk, the Building Department and the Board of Appeals.
We have provided a list of frequently asked questions (FAQ's) in order to provide online answers to some of the questions that are asked of our office. Additionally, we have provided forms and a list of fees to save you time. Please call us if you should have further questions.
The Zoning Board of Appeals is appointed by the Board of Selectmen. Each member is appointed for three year term.
